Dr. Charlène Limoges grew up in the cold and beautiful province of Quebec, Canada. Her childhood dreams were filled with a desire to explore the world, prompting her to venture to Paris, France, where she enrolled in a prestigious acting school.
During this transformative period, the practice of yoga was revealed to her, altering the trajectory of her life. Intrigued, she embarked on a journey to India to delve deeply into the study of yoga principles, philosophy, asanas, and pranayamas within the structured environment of an ashram.
Her teaching journey commenced shortly after, taking her to various corners of the globe, including France, Canada, India, Morocco, Thailand, Bali, and the Emirates. Yoga became not just a practice for her, but a way of life—a daily ritual that continually shapes and enriches her existence.
A few years ago, Charlène’s heart led her to California, where she fell head over heels for the vibrant city of San Diego. Enthralled by the city’s progressive and open mindset, as well as the quality of education available, she decided to deepen her understanding of Eastern Medicine.
Driven by a passion for learning about the human nature—first through art, then through yoga, and eventually through Eastern medicine – she embarked on a remarkable journey. She completed a master and a doctorate degrees in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine at Pacific College of Health and Science, achieving recognition for excellence in her studies.
From studying Stanislavsky’s art of acting to sitting in lotus position with yogis in India, and delving into the realms of Brahma and consciousness, Charlène Limoges’ diverse experiences all converge on a singular purpose. Her mission is to reconnect people to their true selves, to unlock the unlimited power within their minds and bodies, and to guide them toward realizing their full potential.
